NYFW: Victorinox FW16 Installation

This past week I had the pleasure of stopping by the Victorinox Fashion Week Installation at 18 Wooster Street. The 130 year old Swiss company primarily known for their swiss army knives and travel luggage put on  beautiful installation mixing art, graphic design, and fashion. With the Victorinox company gravitating more towards the fashion sector, the main focus of the installation was geared towards menswear followed by travel, and a few select pieces of womenswear. The Victorinox fall/winter 2016 collection brought forth a balance between modern and heritage with structured fabrics of wool, moleskin, denim, and plaid. Online and In-Store Find: Club Monaco Everett Coat

Online Find: Yves Saint Laurent Wool & Cashmere Scarf

As I have mentioned before, Saks Off Fifth is one of my favorite online retailers. While there are a handful of Saks off Fifth stores, none of them are located in New York City, so I find using the Saks Off Fifth website is a great way to find deals. The winter season is rapidly approaching and I suffer from a condition called “freezing office syndrome.” I have been on the hunt for the perfect scarf. I wanted a scarf that would match all my different jackets and coats and one that would not look too dingy if my bronzer or foundation accidentally rubbed off on it (c’mon ladies we have all been there before). I came across this beautiful gray wool and cashmere Saint Laurent scarf for only $69.99, marked down from $295.00!!! I love the subtle YSL logo and fringe detailing.
